My child (sitting in the first 'pew' of the courtroom) asks, "but what did he do?" when the magistrate told the defendant the potential sentencing of a relatively minor drug charge.  "He used illegal drugs, got caught, and now has to own up to it", I replied.  "Why would he do that if it was illegal?"  LOL.  The million dollar question from the mouth of babes.  Let's talk again when you are 15 or 16 my young son.
